Panasonic Lumix G1 with 14-45mm lens
Aperture f22, Shutter Speed 125
The hull of the ship was very impressive against the deep blue of the sky, I wanted to make sure I kept as much detail of the plates and welds as possible whilst showing some of the sky and clouds to put the picture into context, since it is quite abstract.

Hi
ReplyDeleteAgain technical detail there but not enough of a story of what you did, thoughts ideas, links to other photographers work.
Its a great shot and interesting that you see it as part abstract in which case what photographers have you looked at whilst doing research.
Again this will meet more criteria but needs more writing to meet them.

Hi
ReplyDeletewhat you need to do with your writing about your photographs is to refer back to your research. Need to include analysis of the image, ie shapes, colour, tones, textures, patterns, need to deconstruct the image into shapes, etc...
And also you need to write about how well you did against research, who you researched.
Thoughts and ideas need to be written about as well,
steve
